Official says U.N.'s Ban offers panel on Israeli ship raid (Reuters)

Reuters - U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has proposed a multi-national investigation of Israel's raid on a Gaza-bound aid ship in which nine pro-Palestinian activists were killed, an Israeli official said on Sunday.
